Do you offer a money back guarantee?
We offer a no-hassle 30 day money back guarantee on Hosting, sorry no refunds on website designs.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Visa Delta, and Visa. This done through PayPal. We also except, Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks.  All mail-in payments must be drawn in US funds.
Are there any discounts if I paid annually?
Our prices are already very competitive. We don’t provide any discounts for annual payments. We do offer discounts for non-profit companies and churchs
How long does it take to setup an account after I order?
If you order during normal business hours ( 9am – 5pm EST Monday – Friday ), it can be setup within the same day. If you order after business hours, it will be setup the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend may experience a slight delay.
Do I get root access to the server?
Sorry, You do not have root access to the server. If you need root access access to your server please contact us about a VPS plan.
I am with another host and wonder if you can help me transfer my accounts?
We can provide transfer assistance for up to 10 accounts free if you are hosted on a cPanel server, with a 12 month commitment. Send an email to videeoo@videeoo.comwith the domain name, Cpanel user-name and password for each account you want transferred after setting up you new account.
Where are your servers located?
Our SAS 70 Type II Certified data centers are located in Dallas and Houston, we deliver complete redundancy in supplying data center power to servers and heating, ventilation and air conditioning. The uptime of your site is important to you. You can be sure that it’s just important to us. That’s why we value the integrity of our network and operate in one of the world’s top datacenters. Do you allow adult websites on your servers?
“NO” We do not allow adult content on our servers.
Do you use a third party monitoring service to provide uptime reports?
We use WebSitePulse(www.websitepulse.com) to provide our clients with unbiased uptime reports from an outside third party. Uptime reports are provided to active clients.
Are there any types of advertising placed on my account?
“NO” We do not place any type of advertising such as banners, popup’s, etc. on your website.
Many host offers unlimited bandwidth/space/transfer?
It is not possible for a web host to offer ‘unlimited’ bandwidth or disk space. Such hosting plans always come with clauses that restrict how much bandwidth you can transfer at a given moment, how much CPU usage you can use (which is arbitrarily decided), and so forth. This is miss-leading, and not the way we do business.
Do you offer FTP access?

Yes! Clients who purchase any of the web hosting plans can upload their files easily and quickly using any FTP manager.

For clients who don’t want to use FTP access for any reason other upload options are available — Online File Manager and SSH/Telnet.
I want a website but I don’t know anything about creating one. Do you have any tools to get me started?

All Videeoo Media Services customers can take the advantage of our easy-to-use Website Builder called RVSiteBuilder. Choose one of the many website templates, add your website content and you can introduce your new website to the entire world in a few minutes!

You don’t need to know HTML to create your own website. If you can fill in the sign up form you can also fill in a few fields in the Website Builder. That’s all what you need to run your own website without any HTML knowledge.
