Anybody that entertains, or promotes events, needs a place to post the dates of these shows. The “Entertainer Package” comes with a Gig Calender that shows the Date, Time, Venue, Age restrictions, and a Google Map. The Entertainer Package also comes with a mailing list, photo page, video page, and a couple of information pages.

Home Page also shows the next event, and changes automatically after last event passes.

Anyone can easily sign-in to the website and add the event dates, venues, and links to the venues, when available. The website displays the events, in order, and remove the events when those dates have has passed.

Webpage design design is $225.00. 

  • All the websites are done in WordPress, maybe the most widely supported, best maintained, and most secure PHP website software package on the Internet.
  • Domain names are $14.00. The domain belongs to  you, if you move you website elsewhere, I will transfer the domain to you.
  • Hosting is $9.25 a month, must be paid yearly for a total of $111.00.  This includes WordPress monthly updates and backups. There are a lot of hosting companies out there offering $4.95 a month hosting, but that don’t include any of the monthly WordPress Maintenance that I perform, which includes monthly WordPress updates and monitoring. If a WordPress plug-in becomes outdated, I find and install a suitable replacement as needed, this is part of the WordPress Monthly Maintenance program that comes with my website hosting.
  • Goggle keywords monitoring.
  • 10 email address.
  • 1 FTP account.
  • Basic Design Includes 5 pages of  your choice, including the Event Calender, ten photos, contact form, video page “you supply the video” and a couple of information pages
  • Simple art work ” your logo transferred to website ready artwork”,  
  • The website will be SEO friendly “Search engine optimized”
  • I will help you with wording of your info to make your websites content SEO friendly.
  • A site map will be submitted to Google.
  • Description of website, for search engines, hidden in the header, per Google specs.
  • Keywords for the website, for search engines, hidden in the header, per Google specs.
  • A person to talk to, that will explain things to you in plain English “ME”.
  • Assistance on setting up a promo product account “tee-shirts, hates, cups, etc at Cafepress.”

I can also design a business card that matches your website art work. “This is extra, but fairly inexpensive” Kind of of nice to have business card that match your website. I will have sample on my website soon.

How we get started:

  • $100.00 down
  • You need to decide what the domain name is going to be.
  • You and I talk on the phone, you show me some samples of other websites, to get some kind of direction. I will not copy another website, this is to get some basic feel for the type of layout you are looking for.
  • You have to supply all the content in a document of some kind. It can be any type of document, including Word, Excel, Open Office, Text, PDF, and so on.
  • All photos need to be in .jpg, gif, or PDF format.
  • I will get a basic design up, and we will have a phone conference to cover changes.
  • I will complete the website, with constant communication with the client.
  • Website will be completed with in two weeks, from start to finish, as long as we have good communication.
  • Any extras will be discussed, and approved by email, before implemented.
  • You approve the completed website
  • Balance due payment is made

Any website changes or updates after that point are $35.00 an hour with a 1/2 hour minimum

We can also edit video, add audio, and create flash objects for your website at additional cost.

Total Package is $350.00 and a $150.00 deposit is required to start  the project.
