Hello and thanks for stopping in! I am the owner, operator, and only employee of Videeoo™ Web Services. I was the kid that received strait A's in ART, and was the teachers pet in Art Class. I excelled in industrial arts, loved to take drafting and electronics classes, and loved to draw at home to pass the time.
I started playing the guitar when I was fourteen, and never really had the time to play in a band. In 1990 I started looking into ways to make my own band. I experimented using tape recorders, which seemed to work fairly well, but once recorded, you could not undo it, so I looked for a better solution.
In 1993 I found MIDI "musical instrument digital interface" and bought a midi sequencer. A midi sequencer is basically a digital way to replay all musical instruments including drums, bass guitars, keyboard, etc. This was very cool, but very time consuming. I had to go through a ton of little menus using a small 1" x 6" screen to program all these instruments, one note at a time. In 1994 I learned this could be done on a computer, and it could be done in minutes, not hours, so I had to buy one of these computers.
It did not take me long to find out the computer could take you to a place called the Internet! WOW... this Internet thing had information, pictures, music, and much, much, more, and of course, I had to know how it worked!
I learned the information you see on the computer screen was interpreted by the computer through HTML "hyper-text markup language" and you could use programs to write this HTML code, or you can write this code yourself. I produced my first website in 1995 using a program called AOL Press, which was a free web design software package from America On Line (AOL). Since then I have experimented with every type of web design software that I could get my hands on. I have learned that most of these packages have something they are good at, but not one of them are good at everything! So one has to be flexible, and I use them all, and when the need is there, I write or edit the code myself. I have also researched, tested, and mastered the wonderful world of non-linear "digital" video editing.
OK, now that I have board you with my life history, and explained to you that I am somewhat of a self trained computer geek, I will get to the point. There are many different ways to design a website, and I use them all. I use Flash, PHP, HTML, CSS, Java, and much more. I use many differant programs to write the code, and when the need is there, I can write or edit the code myself. I can create or edit music to fit your needs, and I can film, edit, and stream video of your subject or product, and put it all together to form a website that was designed to fit your needs. But most importantly, I see these websites as my ART, I am proud of my work, and I "GUARANTEE" you will be too!
